Tina & Amit | Wedding at Phipps Conservatory

Sometimes the unexpected becomes the most memorable! In this case, it was also one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen as a wedding planner. Tina and Amit had planned for two beautiful wedding ceremonies at Phipps – an Indian ceremony to honor the groom’s heritage and a non-denominational ceremony to honor the bride’s. When the first celebration ran a bit over, and not even this planner would want to rush the merriment and dancing, we began preparing for a second ceremony at sunset. EF Lighting truly saved the day! After a quick phone call, they were on site in less than 30 minutes with spotlights. Phipps rushed in to offer added uplights. Go team! The result- a gorgeous evening ceremony in the dark fit for an affair straight out of Hollywood!

Tina had a beautiful vision for her and Amit’s wedding day! It all began with a palette of rose gold, mauve and blush. Just like the details on her gowns, sparkling touches and lace details made appearances in linens and even on the cake!

What I’ll never forget about Tina and Amit as a couple is their constant playfulness. You can see it in so many of their photos- such life, such vibrancy, always laughing or smiling. In fact, if you could see their full bridal party photos, you would see about 500 photos of laughing bridesmaids and groomsmen with the couple. Cheers to a life rich with laughter and love Tina and Amit!
