Jaclyn & Christopher | Wedding at The Pennsylvanian
The historic Pennsylvanian provides a feeling of grandeur from the moment you arrive to the Pittsburgh wedding venue. We wanted nothing less for this sweet couple and their families!
A monogramed and pearl invitation suite, and a blush and purple color palette, set the tone for the event. (You’ll even spy the monogram and palette on a cookie in the welcome bag!) Jaclyn and Christopher’s guests were greeted at cocktail hour by the couple’s monogram, a showpiece floral arrangement by Mocha Rose Floral & Event Design and lush velvet cocktail stools by Marbella Event Rental. With a space as grand and breath-taking as this venue, many of the details inside matched this aroma. Reception tables featured linens with ribbon-detailed overlays, florals dripping from candelabras and napkins wrapped in pearls. Judith Browne Calligraphy hand drew every guest’s name on their menu card- a great takeaway for guests to remember the wedding day.
Jaclyn’s dress was one of my favorites. Just look at that bow and detail on the back of her gown. Stunning! There are clients that you miss following their wedding days, and this certainly was one of them. Throughout the wedding planning process, I worked hand-in-hand with Jaclyn and her mother. And… Did you catch that first look with father and daughter? The experience was truly a family affair, and special to be apart of.
