Love is Essential! Introducing Pittsburgh’s Frontliner Wedding Giveaway!

April 30, 2020

Now more than ever, front-liners all over the world are putting their lives on the line to help those in need. EMS. Doctors. Nurses. Police men and women. Firefighters. Grocery store workers. Postal workers. Their work is essential and the events team at The Pennsylvanian and Soiree by Souleret want to give back to these Pittsburgh heros!

We’ve partnered with some incredible Pittsburgh wedding vendors to give five front-liner couples the chance to win a beautiful wedding at the historic Pennsylvanian to be held September 11, 2021.

And now, a little bit about each of our vendor sponsors…

The Grand Hall and The Rotunda at the Pennsylvanian were once part of Pittsburgh’s Penn Station, considered one of the great pieces of Beaux-Arts architecture in America. This spectacular 11,000 square foot event space- which features arched openings, marble floors, ornate walls, and 40-foot vaulted ceilings and skylight- will take your guests’ breath away. With beautiful terra cotta archways and hand-laid brick flooring, The Rotunda is the perfect location for your ceremony. The Pennsylvanian is one of our favorite Pittsburgh venues, and we’re honored to partner with them for this memorable occasion!

EF Lighting is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Amanda and Mike! Amanda works tirelessly talking to every client, responding to every email and designing every event. Mike is a self-described “minion” and does all the not so fun stuff- invoicing, climbing ladders and making sure Amanda keeps her head below the clouds. Before they were EF Lighting, they worked for Amanda’s dad, Andy at ADS lighting. After his passing, they gathered all of their money and equipment and rebranded to step out on their own. With a deep-seated passion for everything lighting, they genuinely get great joy by being a part of your big day!

As the father of two daughters, Andy of Andy Booth Productions stays on top of today’s trends. I subscribe to a music service, and I download 30-40 songs per week, including the popular songs of today (usually before they are popular.) When you combine that with a thorough knowledge of music all the way back to the 1940’s, and the experience of playing for so many happy couples, you are working with a true veteran of the industry. My only concern is you—the celebrating couple—and your happiness. One more theme that runs through so many of the event reviews written by happy couples is “we did not have to worry about a thing.” And you won’t either. Classy, artistic, fun weddings, with the focus where it belongs – on the bride and groom.
